Our Leadership Academy, run in partnership with Culture and People and led by our inspiring facilitator Misho Stefanov, consisted of two comprehensive hybrid modules.
The first module was dedicated to cultivating leadership skills, encompassing self-awareness as a leader, understanding human behavior within the organization, and nurturing empathy and trust. The second module honed in on creating high-performing teams, emphasizing engagement, constructive feedback, strategic goal setting, and effective onboarding.
