Our mission at NOTO is twofold – to offer the most robust solution to combat financial crime in our space and to foster a culture of growth and development for our people. We’re proud to say that we are making strides on both fronts.
Our Leadership Academy, run in partnership with Culture and People and led by our inspiring facilitator Misho Stefanov, consisted of two comprehensive hybrid modules.
The first module was dedicated to cultivating leadership skills, encompassing self-awareness as a leader, understanding human behavior within the organization, and nurturing empathy and trust. The second module honed in on creating high-performing teams, emphasizing engagement, constructive feedback, strategic goal setting, and effective onboarding.
