Responsibilities
- Provide system monitoring on a rotational basis (24/7);
- Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve all issues affecting system behavior;
- Raising intra and inter departmental escalations to resolve pending issues;
- Provide clear, concise, and timely communication to affected parties during the investigation and resolution of any individual or system-wide outages;
- Establish good working relationships across all departments to ensure operational synergy;
- Provide assistance and support to other team members as required during critical outages;
- Participate in internal and external training programs related to our System and other subjects that may form part of the day to day work requirements.
Requirements
- Readiness to work during the weekend and/ or night shifts (24/7 shift schedule);

- Monitoring of Chargeback/ Fraud/ Ethoca alerts, including various analysis
- Periodic review of merchant overall business models (changing products/Pricing of products)
- KPI reporting

- Relevant experience in Merchant risk
