We are looking for one more person to join our Business Development team of 4, conquering new markets and presenting NOTO in the best possible way worldwide.
Responsibilities
- You will be part of our exciting growth through engaging with new potential clients. You will master different sales channels such as lead generation, networking, referrals, and industry events. You will also conduct research, find their pain points and showcase NOTO’s best solutions.
- You will demonstrate and deliver excellent presentations highlighting NOTO’s features and benefits to our potential clients, maintaining strong relationships with our customer base.
- You will stay in touch with the competitive landscape and effectively position our product against competitors.
- We are passionate team players in NOTO. You will collaborate with other teams such as Product Development, Customer Onboarding, Customer Success and others, to ensure top-notch customer satisfaction at the very beginning of their journey with NOTO.
- You will be part of the negotiation process of closing deals with our clients. Most of our partnerships with clients are long-term and strategic, so we promise this will be an exciting process.
- You will stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- You will travel to worldwide exhibitions to present NOTO in front of new potential clients and partners.
Requirements

- Fluent in English and Spanish/ Portuguese.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the fintech, passionate about our industry.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong knowledge and understanding of financial products, payment processing, and/or financial technology solutions.

Customer Success Specialist (Spanish)
What is the role about?
We are in the process of expanding our team based in Sofia. This is why we are looking for a Customer Success Specialist in Spanish and English to join and help our growing community.
The Customer Success Specialist is the go-to person for our customers for any NOTO platform-related questions. Your main goal will be to make sure our clients are making the most of our solution. Your fraud and compliance experience will be a great source of information for our clients. Collect our customers’ requirements for product development and then make sure that they are included in the roadmap. But most of all, ensure that our client’s queries are answered in a timely and professional manner, and ensure that the clients are using the NOTO platform in the best possible way.
Responsibilities:
- Post-sales support – act as a point of contact between the customer and the different departments of the company
- Provides internal and external training on the company’s products.
- Supports the customer’s onboarding process.
- Performs studies and research on the company products and consults the customers.
- Reports bug and suggest improvements through the different departments of the company.
- Translate and maintain the company’s internal documentation in Spanish.
- Lead meetings with clients and help them understand and to work effectively with company products.
- Analyze the client’s setup and provide suggestions for improvement on quarterly business reviews or when needed.
- Prepares or translates documentation for the customers.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Previous experience (2+ years) in the fintech industry or with online payments, banking, or gaming industry is an advantage.
- Previous experience as anti-fraud, anti-money laundering, KYC, or compliance analyst is a strong advantage.
- Technical background or experience with financial software is a strong advantage.
- Highly organized and able to evaluate and prioritize customer demands.
- Very strong communication skills and ability to act as the main point of contact for customers.
- Good presentation skills, to be able to present the product features to our customers.
- Proficient in MS Office Tools (and any banking, anti-fraud, compliance, or online payments tools is an advantage).
- Relevant education degree.
This position requires work on two shifts (9 am – 6 pm; 3 pm – 12 am), which may include weekends and holidays, paid as per the local legislation.

What is the role about?
We are looking to hire a locally based Fraud Analyst, who is a specialist in fraud detection and prevention and payment processing for one of our clients – an online payment services provider. This person will help us support the growth of the business and our Sofia office and our continued commitment to the highest standards of regulatory and financial crime compliance.
This is a role on a 24/7 schedule with no requirements to work from the office.
Responsibilities:
- Daily monitoring and investigation of suspicious transactions, customer, and third-party activity
- Effectively liaise across different teams globally, identifying fraud risk and following preset monitoring and fraud mitigating procedures
- Good proficiency in conducting risk assessments, periodic/trigger reviews, perform analysis of transactions in real-time or near real-time
- Monitoring and documentation of Fraud flags
- Working with a live monitoring system for fraud detection and prevention
- Investigate and resolve suspected fraudulent activities
- Prepare ad-hoc investigative reports
- Make recommendations for process improvements to prevent future occurrences of fraud
- Establishing good relationships with various departments of customer service, operations, and product to ensure good operational synergy

- Perform Daily/ Weekly Sales peak monitoring for the respective merchants
- Perform Monthly volume monitoring of the merchants
- Merchant Onboarding daily

- Communicate any identified red flags of merchants with the Payment Services Provider, providing analysis and recommendations

- KPI reporting
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in Merchant risk
- Previous experience in anti-fraud and AML business will be considered an advantage

We are in the process of expanding our team of 50+ members based in Sofia. This is why we are looking for a Senior DevOps to join us as we bring our innovative proprietary risk ops platform to top players in the regulated fintech and banking space.
What is the role about?
The role of the Senior DevOps is to provision and manage, under minimal supervision, a dynamic on-prem and cloud-based architecture consisting of virtualized resources that support applications, services, databases, and capabilities using cloud services, platforms, and operating systems. Maintains communication with b2b customers regarding system operations and development issues, clarification of customer needs, and coordination with DevOps teams for system enhancements and innovations.
Responsibilities:
- Keep all the node and network running smoothly.
- Handle and fix any and all problems that may arise.
- Determine the architecture for overall system operation and new system projects in collaboration with technical management.
- Keep all test automation and infrastructure running smoothly.
