Using this, Facebook has the ability to identify visitors to our website as a target audience for the Facebook platform to display the ads we post on the Facebook platform to Facebook users who are interested in our website and/or our Facebook page and thus make sure that our Facebook ads match the potential user interest. This allows us to track and analyze the efficacy of Facebook ads for statistical purposes.
